WHY WE EXIST
Movements don’t run on outputs. They run on people.
We fund the campaigns, the research and the policy fights. We almost never fund the women carrying them. When they burn out, we treat it as personal. It is not personal. It is structural, and the fix has to be structural too.
The Sanctuary experience stewards two sanctuaries, one in Washington State and one in Mexico, where women imagining and creating a better world can rest, return to themselves, and remember that they are more than they produce.
We believe lasting change is possible when we invest in the women cultivating a more just and liberated future. Not just their strategies. Not just their output. Them.
